Artist Applications

Jazz in the Olympics 2023!
Applications are now closed for Jazz in the Olympics 2022.
Whether it be vocal, instrumental, solo, combo, or large ensemble, we encourage all jazz performers to apply to be a part of this special event.
All artists will be requested to provide in an email to events@portangeles.org the components below:

A performance recording or sample in MP3 (audio) or MP4 (audio/video) format, or a link (i.e. YouTube, Reverbnation, etc)

A few sentences about where your group is from and your collective musical background and experience

The preferred group rate per set

The preferred set length (30 minutes, 40 minutes, or 50 minutes)

The preferred number of sets to perform
Once the application is received, artists will receive a tech request sheet
Application Deadline for 2023 will be announced once it is finalized.
Groups exclusively featuring a vocal artist or vocal jazz ensembles
should apply based on total ensemble size.
